8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Monday - Friday

By appointment only.

Evening hours and Saturday morning appointments are also available upon request

Because we serve the entire greater Northeast Ohio area, we understand that it is difficult for clients to come to us.  Therefore, we make it a practice to visit our clients at their home or work place.  When it is not convenient for a client to meet at their home or work place, an alternative location, such as a coffee shop, is also appropriate. 

We also understand that our clients are actively engaged in their daily activities during our regular office hours  Therefore, we are willing to meet with them before or after our office hours during the week.  We will also meet with clients on Saturday morning upon request.

Your phone calls are always welcomed.  If we are with a client, we will return your call as promptly as possible on the same day.  We also respond to emails as promptly as possible.
